How often do I need a Pap smear?

Current guidelines recommend a Pap smear every 3 years for women ages 21–65, or every 5 years combined with an HPV test starting at age 30. We'll review your personal history and recommend the right screening interval for you.

Can you manage my PCOS long-term?
