Empower Women's Health

Fertility & Preconception Support

Real answers and a clear plan — not just 'keep trying.'

When you're ready to grow your family, you deserve a provider who takes your timeline seriously. We offer in-depth preconception labs, ovulation support, and weight optimization — designed to give you real answers and a plan that moves forward.

What's Included

Everything in your care plan.

Preconception Lab Panel

Comprehensive baseline labs including hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, nutrient levels, and genetic carrier screening coordination — not just a basic workup.

Ovulation Induction

Clomid (clomiphene) and Letrozole prescribed and monitored with cycle tracking to optimize your timing and response.

Weight Optimization for Fertility

Weight has a direct impact on ovulation and conception. We address this with lab-driven, compassionate support including GLP-1 options when appropriate.

Partner Evaluation Guidance

We coordinate semen analysis and provide male health evaluation recommendations so you're looking at the full picture from the start.

Common Questions

What patients ask about this service.

When should I start a preconception appointment?

+
Ideally 3–6 months before you plan to start trying. This gives us time to optimize nutrient levels, address any underlying issues, and establish your baseline — so you're in the best position when you start.

What's the difference between Clomid and Letrozole?

+
Both are oral medications that stimulate ovulation. Letrozole (Femara) is now the preferred first-line agent for PCOS-related anovulation with a better side-effect profile and higher success rates than Clomid in most cases. We'll discuss which is right for your situation.

At what point would you refer me to a reproductive endocrinologist (RE)?

+
If ovulation induction cycles aren't successful after 3–6 months, or if your workup suggests more complex factors (blocked tubes, severe male factor, diminished ovarian reserve), we'll coordinate a timely referral to an RE. We stay involved in your care throughout.
