At Empower Women’s Health, we believe women deserve clear pricing, unrushed care, and full transparency — especially when it comes to their health.

We are a cash-pay women’s health and gynecology practice, which allows us to spend more time with you, reduce administrative overhead, and offer personalized, high-quality care without the restrictions of insurance contracts.

Traditional insurance-based care often limits visit length, dictates treatment options, and creates unexpected bills weeks or months later.

Our model allows us to:

• Offer longer, more thorough visits

• Provide transparent, upfront pricing

• Reduce delays and administrative barriers

• Focus on what’s best for your health, not insurance requirements

Insurance & Labs

While visits and procedures are self-pay:

• Many labs, imaging, Pap smears, and pathology are billed directly to insurance when possible

• We provide superbills upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement

• HSA/FSA cards are accepted

Office Visit Pricing

Problem-Focused / Urgent GYN Visit
$175–275
Focused evaluation for one primary concern (abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, discharge, urinary symptoms, breast concerns, contraception issues).

Menopause or Hormone Consultation (Initial)
$250–350
Comprehensive symptom review, history, and personalized treatment plan.

Contraception Procedures

(Procedure fees only — device cost may be billed to insurance when applicable)

• IUD insertion: $300–450

• IUD removal: $150–250

• IUD removal & same-day replacement: $450–650

• Nexplanon insertion: $350–500

• Nexplanon removal: $250–400

• Nexplanon removal & replacement: $500–700

Comfort-focused pain control options are available and included whenever possible.

Diagnostic Gynecologic Procedures

• Colposcopy (with biopsy): $350–600

• Endometrial biopsy: $350–550

• Cervical biopsy / ECC: $200–350

• Cervical polyp removal: $200–400

Hormone & Wellness Services

• Testosterone injection visit: $50–100

• Vitamin / wellness injections (B12, NAD+, etc.): $35–85

• IM Toradol (as indicated): $40–75
